To create the additional projects, follow the helpful hints as outlined. Simply by purchasing a few additional items, you and your guests can create all of the art pieces–both layouts and the bonus project!

Helpful Hints: Additional Scrapbooking Project

Reflections: Main Frame—Charmed™ and Bottom Border—Title

  1. Use diagrams on page 35 and 56 of Reflections®  to cut papers.
  2. Trim zip strips as follows:
    • 3" Crème Brulee numbers (2)
    • 1 1/4" blue and tan (2); cut one end of each like a pennant
    • 12" blue and tan
  3. Ink turtle and seahorse images with Crème Brulee ink, then sponge with Sorbet, Lagoon, and New England Ivy ink before stamping on 2 1/2 " × 5" White Daisy cardstock. Ink clam shell image with Crème Brulee ink, then sponge Sorbet ink on edges and stamp on 2 1/2 " × 5" White Daisy cardstock; trim images.
  4. Randomly stamp sand dollar image with Lagoon ink on right page D.
  5. Stamp circle image five times in a row with New England Ivy ink and second generation across top left side of right page C, making sure “happy as a clam” doesn’t show; continue row of circles by stamping circle image with Lagoon ink once, making sure “happy as a clam” does show; finish row by stamping circle image three more times with New England Ivy ink and second generation, making sure “happy as a clam” doesn’t show.
  6. Stamp sand dollar image with Lagoon ink on two large Badge Buttons and one small Badge Button; sponge edges with Crème Brulee ink.
  7. Sandpaper distress edges of all papers, excluding White Daisy cardstock.
  8. Scissor-distress edges of White Daisy cardstock and photos, if desired.
  9. Ink “paradise” with Crème Brulee ink then sponge edges with Sorbet ink and stamp on right page B.
  10. Add journaling to two of the 2 1/2 " × 2 1/2" White Daisy accents.
  11. Attach layout pieces, accents, zip strips, and photos, using 3-D foam tape as desired to add dimension.
  12. Attach three Wooden Badge Buttons.

  1. Tip: As you cut the paper, sort the pieces as indicated in the cutting guide so that each item has its own stack. For example, if the cutting guide labels a piece “page 1,” place it in the stack for page 1.
  2. cut papers as desired
  3. Cut zip strips as follows:
    • 1" blue and tan
    • 1" Crème Brulee numbers
    • 5" Crème Brulee numbers
  4. Assemble mini album, embellish, and add journaling, as desired.
